Bill of Rights Puzzle

The first ten amendments to the Constitution are collectively known as the Bill of Rights. Many of those opposed to these amendments at the convention were only so because they felt that they were superfluous. James Madison kept his word to the advocates for the amendments at the convention and ensured that the amendments were considered in the very first Congress. The words in this puzzle come directly from the Bill of Rights.
