The Real Cause of The Benghazi Tragedy
Organizations, whether large or small, have unique cultures determined by their leaders. If the top level is careless, it will be reflected through the ranks in the way business is conducted. If the top level is reluctant to take responsibility when things go wrong, but regularly seeks someone to blame, the lower echelons will be reluctant to exercise initiative and make decisions. If those at the top are obsessed by organization politics, decisions at lower levels will be made on the basis of political advantage rather than by determining what is best for the organization or those it serves.

Naughty or Nice – Obama Style
President Obama quipped last week that he has his own naughty or nice list for Congress as part of the “fiscal cliff†negotiations. It sounds a bit like Nixon’s enemies list and let’s not forget that Obama did talk about revenge in the latter stages of the 2012 campaign. You can’t dance to the left of a progressive
I’ve read and heard a lot of claptrap since the election. Unfortunately, it emanates from both Democrats and Republicans. It’s frustrating. Pat Caddell calls Democrats the corrupt party and Republicans the stupid party. He certainly seems to have a handle on things.
